This fully entitled new residential development in Castro Valley proposes the construction of 19 single family homes. Three types of homes all include an attached 366sf to 497sf ADU. These contemporary homes were designed to express elegant simplicity. This Japanese art form entails the masterful combination of wood, metal, glass and plaster.
