The time is now to start designing your ADU

If you are considering building an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) to increase property value, now is the time to connect with us about an ADU evaluation. Todd Jersey Architecture is open and working and we are ready to help you get your project started.

Here is a list of what we need to provide you with an evaluation:

PROJECT EVALUATION CHECK LIST: What We Need From You

1. PLOT PLAN This is a diagram which shows the structures, utility runs, position of roads and other aspects of your property at a defined scale. County assessors, public works and community development departments, or local planning offices keep copies of plot plans. Local governments frequently offer the plans as part of tax assessment records.

2. PROPERTY PHOTOS These are photos of your property including structures, yards, road and neighbor perspectives.

3. PROPERTY ADDRESS The full address of your property.

4. DESIRED SIZE AND CONFIGURATION For example, number of square feet, studio/1-bedroom/2-bedroom, detached or attached or within the main house. If you’re not sure, we’ll definitely be providing you with what is possible based on your property configuration.
