Renovation and restoration of 30-bed dorm
KEY FEATURES:
Restoration of historic features while updating and upgrading all systems and bringing the project up to code.
Originally a beloved community high school, the 100 year old Shelbyville High School was later converted to apartments. The renovation of this adaptive reuse project restored historic features, including the windows, brick siding, tin ceilings, wood bannisters and flooring, while updating and upgrading 49 one, two and three bedroom apartments.
